A 90s kitchen needs a stylish makeover
This couple landed their dream home at an excellent price but it had its drawbacks. Everything, including the kitchen was dated from 1995. When asked what they liked about the kitchen, their response was brief and to the point—"nothing!"
Careful Planning
Before getting the sledgehammers out, we dedicated weeks to exploring every possible option regarding layout, materials, finishes, and functionality, ultimately arriving at a design that perfectly fulfilled all their needs. We created detailed 3D renderings to ensure they had a clear vision of what their dream kitchen would look like. We even assisted with the setup of a temporary kitchen that included relocation of their old fridge, a microwave, hot plate, and makeshift pantry to keep their house of two adults and two children functioning somewhat normally.
Expect the Unexpected
A significant change in our kitchen layout was replacing the old pantry with spacious, built-in cabinets and repositioning the fridge and stove to accommodate an externally vented range hood. However, things didn't go entirely as planned; the builders unexpectedly routed an HVAC vent through the pantry wall.
No need to worry—our team of experts swiftly addressed this unforeseen issue, allowing us to move forward with our original dream kitchen plan. We redirected the vent to the far wall, creating the space necessary proceed with our intended design.
Mission Accomplished
This project came out just as we envisioned—our original design was realized with remarkable. The flow, functionality, modern elements, and the unforgettable experience of coming together in a brand-new kitchen were perfectly achieved. Countless memories are about to be created with family and friends as they gather around this spacious island!
